These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with KiiPay (“Company”, “we”, “us”), as applicable in the country in which our services are accessed. By accessing or using KiiPay’s platform, APIs, website, or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use KiiPay services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
KiiPay is a payment and payout infrastructure platform enabling businesses, financial institutions, and partners to initiate and process payments and payouts through supported channels such as bank accounts, mobile wallets, cash pickup locations, and other approved payout rails, subject to country availability.
KiiPay is not a bank and does not provide traditional banking services. Services are offered through locally regulated entities or licensed partners in accordance with applicable laws.
The objective of the relationship is to allow users or partners to initiate, process, and manage payment and payout transactions using KiiPay’s platform, APIs, or interfaces, subject to regulatory, technical, and operational requirements.
KiiPay does not open personal bank accounts. Any balances, prefunding arrangements, or settlement accounts are governed by separate agreements.

KiiPay processes transactions strictly for executing payments and payouts in line with your instructions and applicable agreements.
KiiPay does not control how recipients receive funds beyond the selected payout channel and does not guarantee availability of payout methods in all jurisdictions.

Failure to provide required information may delay or prevent access to services. You are responsible for keeping information accurate and up to date.
English is the primary language of communication. Notifications may be sent via email, SMS, or other electronic means.

You consent to receiving operational and transactional notifications. KiiPay is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to notifications outside our systems.
You agree to indemnify KiiPay against losses, claims, or expenses arising from misuse of services, inaccurate information, or violations of these Terms.
KiiPay facilitates payments and payouts through supported rails. Processing times, limits, and availability may vary by country, partner, or payout method.
KiiPay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banks, mobile money operators, cash agents, or regulatory actions.
You are responsible for securing your access credentials, API keys, and identifiers. KiiPay is not liable for losses resulting from credential compromise due to inadequate security controls on your part.

KiiPay complies with applicable international and local sanctions laws, including OFAC, EU, UN, and UK HMT regulations.
Cryptocurrency or virtual currency transactions are not supported. You agree not to use KiiPay services for such activities.
Personal data is processed in accordance with KiiPay’s Privacy Notice and may be shared with regulators, service providers, or partners where legally required.
You may receive service-related or product communications. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
